Art Therapy

mindfulness

An act of mindfulness can be as simple as a brief moment of noticing you are breathing. Research has shown there are significant benefits to being more present in our bodies and more fully aware of ourselves. The benefits include not only mental health and increasing our ability to regulate our emotions, but also physical health by strengthening our immune system, and much more.
