The following guided meditations can be used as a tool to slow down and increase your connection to your thoughts, feelings and body sensations. Some people may find these beneficial, others may not. Some individuals may find them activating as it may not feel safe to connect to yourself and your body. Trauma informed treatment with a licensed mental health therapist can help you make powerful and meaningful shifts in this area.
If possible, be gentle with yourself as you take the time to listen and connect. There is no right or wrong way to experience these tracks. If your mind wanders, that’s okay. Notice it's happening and come back when you are able. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, feel free to continue to see if it passes, or stop if needed. Take care of yourself. You know what is best for you.
